possible way to kill the stress

Well you can try drinking your favorite drink's eat food that you like, but will that truly make you happy?, I doubt it,

Instead punch a little, you don't have to punch anyone or anything, you can punch the air, and also writing definitely helps, well at least in my case, life can be frustrating and of course hard, its not supposed to be all easy, and for one thing you will not always be the way you want or do the things you want, because life is very limited a person can only have true happiness in paradise,

So heh, I just thinking of things to do, when not feeling too bright,

1. Take a bath.

2. Go outside!, get some fresh air,

3. Eat your favorite food

4. Punch!, or if you don't like punching do another exercise.

5. Scream!, sometimes holding in all of that Anger, grief and sorrow will be too much to bottle up, so just let some out in a scream, (would recommend this in public).

6. Go to sleep, take a nap, or just lie, and think about something good,
(I really not recommend this one though because it can make you more depressed)
